Meet Devon Williams, CEO/ OWNER
Mr. Williams has 15 years of event planning and marketing experience dating back to the creation of party groups in high school which engineered some of the largest parties in Chicago. His immediate success allowed him to find his new love in event planning and marketing where his creativity could be displayed in a multitude of ways. As his network continued to grow he attended Northern Illinois University where he first sparked interest into organizations such as Black Male Initiative and Black Student Union. These organizations represented professionalism, presented proper business etiquette, set a great example of how business meetings were constructed and event plans were executed. Mr. Williams interest in organizations set the tone when he transferred to Lindenwood University where he served as the Event Coordinator Assistant, Vice President and President of their newly formed Black Student Union organization. Under his leadership as President, he won several awards and honors such as: Distinguished Service Award, Organization of the Year Award, the first student in Lindenwood University history to win The Martin Luther King Jr. Transformational Leadership Award and was selected to represent Lindenwood University on the panel, guest speak and honored as one of the top Leaders in the St. Louis Metropolitan area at The MAPO Event by the President of Lindenwood University.
Furthermore, Mr. Williams passion to lead grew largely and encouraged him to strengthen his leadership skills by becoming a certified mentor and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. to train for leadership. The leadership and organizational success inspired him to create his own businesses that provide services for others allowing them to be creative and expressive in a positive atmosphere.
Now, Mr. Williams and his amazing team have become the pioneers behind the brunch and day party scene here in Chicago influencing the day party vibe as the new movement. In the beginning of his journey the expectation of a small brunch event for professionals once a month grew to be an event every week, hundreds of guest and over 500+ brunches growing larger than planned. This led to a great deal of success with not just brunch and day parties but galas and community service events as well. As business continues to grow and expand we hope to continue to create atmospheres for professionals to get away mentally, network and enjoy themselves.

In 2023 Come Chill Enterprises expanded offering traveling services by starting Come Chill Luxury Travel based in Chicago, IL. Our mission statement is to provide excellent service to our clients to fulfill their vacation or business travel needs with luxury. We plan to create unforgettable and enjoyable experiences by planning dream trips that meet the imagination of our clients. Most importantly we are here to relieve stress by booking flights, lodging, transportation and excursions.
